How to get involved in powerlifting.
First try it, research technique for beginners for squat, bench and deadlift. Find/calculate your 1 rep max and just begin a simple, 5 reps by 5 sets program. Focus on technique. Even though at heart you’re a pain inspired adrenalin weights junkie, just tell yourself that’ll all be tested on a test day you set after your first program cycle.
At the same time Check out powerlifting videos and channels on YouTube, you’ll find some are quite witty.
